The employee was well-informed about various dog food brands. She asked about preferences and the specific nutritional needs of my dog, providing tailored product recommendations. Recognizing my hesitation about purchasing large quantities, she thoughtfully offered a variety of samples. Her precise knowledge extended to explaining how to properly feed the products to my dog. Her trustworthy demeanor and kindness made the experience enjoyable.

I've been coming here for 6 years, and won't go anywhere else. Extremely friendly staff with familiar faces. The same people have been there since we've been going here. They have an extensive lineup of raw dog food as well as toys and conventional dog food. All different kinds of training treats, grooming needs, harnesses and leashes in all sizes, and just a great selection of everything. Skip the chain stores and come here.

Nicest employees, great customer service, and the suggestion of cat food worked because my cat is eating for the first time in a while!! The employee that helped me shared more information than my vet ever has about helping my cat with IBD!

I’m so happy to have found this pet supply store after moving here from Utah! They carry all the best brands, making it easy to find high-quality food and supplies. I love supporting a local business that truly cares about pets and their well-being. My cat, Coconut, was especially relieved to continue his healthy diet without any disruptions. Great selection, friendly staff, and a wonderful place for pet owners…10/10 recommend!

it's much bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside, they have a huge selection of dog/cat items and all the essentials for other animals like fish, birds, reptiles, and rodents. I included pics of their very impressive leash/collar section and most of their fish supplies. things are marked up a bit but not too bad price wise

I have been Shopping at Pet Supply Fountain Valley for 30 Years and the Quality of Food Choices Keeps getting Better over the Years. The Best thing they Offer is their Buy 12 Bags of Dry or Freeze Dried Food which Covers Most of what they sell there. This Is the Best Pet Wellness Store in Orange County for Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, More and I Encourage Everyone to Try It because I Promise your Pet Will Love It Too!

I love shopping here for my pets. I have a cat that has severe allergies and they carry limited ingredient food which I appreciate. They even let you bring back dry food for those finicky pets. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable and they always say hello. The store is always clean and well organized and stocked.
